The longest shadow

Jeremy and Bridget both work in television, Jeremy producing documentaries and Bridget had worked on Crime Watch.

They flew to the resort April 28th 2007. Whilst on the plane they came into converstaion with O’Brian and Oldfield, the reason, their children were of the same age and were playing together. They were also aware of the presence of their partners, Jane Tanner and Rachel Mamphily.

Flight attendants would be walking up and down with food and drinks.  Parents would have been asked in a friendly way , to keep their children under control apart from the fact they may harm themselves.  The children may have been used as to how the couple new the Oldfields and O’Brian. Not the first time in this story the children have been used to cover for the parents.

Jeremy claims to have first met Gerry at a tennis coaching session held by staff associated with the Mark Warner resort on the first Monday of their holiday April 30th. He found Gerry to be amicable and willing to chat. He paired with Gerry for part of the lesson and described him as ‘Good company if not a little gregarious’

He did not see Gerry again until Tuesday May 1st. This you will remember, was the night Mrs.Fenn heard a child screaming Daddy, daddy from the McCanns apartment.

Jeremy, during another tennis lesson met some of the group and only then realized the people he met on the plane were Gerrys friends.

Jeremy recalled also this same day walking to the creche with Gerry around 12.30 hrs because Madeleine had spent the morning there. Jeremy does not mention if he saw Madeleine.

Jeremy seemed eager in his statement to explain the creche and how it functioned. The evening creche seemed more important to him than the daytime . Jeremy said the children would be left with staff and most would be picked up before 10pm. Notice the time, 10 pm.

It would not be  an unusual sight to see people walking at night with children in their arms asleep. The Creche would also supply a blanket to cover the child if required.

Wilkins noticed the group appeared to be boisterous when in the Tapas with Gerry playing centre stage ‘Almost holding Court’.

They also noticed the behaviour of David Payne, he seemed to be ‘playing up’ to Gerry. Maybe this game of theirs is what ended the friendship between the McCanns and the Gaspars.

Jeremy and Bridget back up the McCanns version of leaving the children alone and doing regular checks.

We then come to May 3rd 2007.

Jeremy went to play tennis at 10.30 hrs, Gerry was there, they chatted, also present was a female member of the group but he did not know her name ?

After tennis they all went to the pool ? Who is all? Jeremy,Gerry and the woman without a name?

By this time Jeremy states both Gerry and Kate were now present and spent time talking with the female tennis coach. A little confusing here and I am surprised Jeremy was not asked to clarify, was Kate already at the pool?

At 12.30 hrs Jeremy and Bridget went to collect their children from the creche. They did not see the group anymore that day.

Their son of eight months , was unable to sleep , about 20.15 hrs Jeremy took him in the pushchair for a walk.

Jeremy, walking on the right side of the road passing the Tapas bar on his left. The street lighting was not good but clear enough to see. As he approached the corner of the McCanns apartment he saw Gerry appear from the area of the gate. At this time they were stood with Gerrys back to the building near to the gate and Jeremy facing him. Rua Dr Agostino was about 10-15 meters to his right and the pathway leading to the front of the apartment block about 5 meters to his left.

Jeremy is adamant he saw nor heard anyone. The conversation lasted at most about three minutes.

Gerry was chatty, his normal self.

The couple woke with a knock at the door around 01.00 hrs. On answering they spoke with the resort manager and a member of the group known as Matthew. It was then they heard Madeleine was missing.

Several weeks later, Jeremy received calls from Gerry , he wanted permission to use his name in a Portfolio of evidence being compiled by the McCanns. They were very persistent and made several attempts to contact him both at work and at home.

They had no objection to being included but were concerned as to the method being used.

Much explained as to why Bridget wrote her anxious article in the Guardian about her friend Kate, The couple were being pressured by Gerry Mccann.

It was very important to Jeremy where he stood when talking to Gerry, very important and detailed, also important to Jane Tanner so much so she burst into tears. But of no importance to Gerry McCann, Gerry would decide where his bit part actors should stand after all this was his version of events.

Jeremy also wanting to make it very clear there would be nothing strange in seeing a man with a sleeping child before 10.00 pm.

Bridget feeling she had to explain in her article Jeremy had walked home the night of May 2nd with their sleeping son in his arms, wrapped in a blanket.

The couple must have known and realised something was dreadfully wrong.

Holidays without jeans

THE SUN reported on October 21st, 2008

KATE McCann and three friends discussed child-snatchers hours before daughter Madeleine disappeared, it has emerged.

Dr Russell O'Brien, one of the so-called Tapas Seven, told police of the "haunting" conversation had while on holiday in Portugal last year. He said it came up after another father said he felt awkward photographing his own child.

Dr O'Brien, 37, was with his partner Jane Tanner, 37, Rachel Oldfield, 37, and Kate, 40. He said: "We then had a conversation about the ludicrous pressure on parents that they can't take photos of their children.

"The other aspect of the conversation, which is doubly haunting, was that we said, 'You're far more likely to get clobbered by your uncle or your neighbour than some random stranger'.

"Since this happened ten or 11 hours before Madeleine was abducted, it seemed a very uncomfortable coincidence." The doctor, of Exeter, Devon, made his comments in April as he was quizzed by British cops at the request of the Portuguese authorities.

THE DAILY MAIL reported September, 26th, 2007.
SNIFFER DOGS ‘ FOUND SCENT OF DEATH’ ON MCCANNS FRIEND
Friends of the McCanns faced fresh allegations yesterday after it was claimed that sniffer dogs had found the "scent of death" on one of them.

The same police dog which reacted to Mrs McCann's clothes - first causing suspicion to fall on her - was alleged to have smelled "death" on one of the friends who had dinner with the couple the night Madeleine vanished.

Police sources briefed a Portuguese newspaper that two police dogs from South Yorkshire, trained to detect corpses, human remains and microscopic traces of blood, had reacted to some items of clothing.
Family spokesman Clarence Mitchell denied categorically that any such procedure had happened.
The newspaper did not reveal which of the friends' clothing was meant to have triggered the reaction. Police in South Yorkshire refused to comment.

Detectives are writing to British police asking them to re-interview the seven friends the McCanns dined with on the night Madeleine vanished.

Madeleine's parents were dining in a tapas restaurant just yards from the apartment in the Mark Warner Resort in the Algarve, Portugal, when their daughter disappeared.
She had been sleeping inside the apartment with her brother and sister, twins Sean and Amelie.
According to reports from Portugal, all of those dining with the McCanns that night face further police questioning because their accounts of the night's events allegedly clashed.

Leicestershire police have consistently refused to comment on its role in the investigation and directed all questions to Portugal.
A spokeswoman said: "As the inquiry into the disappearance of Madeleine McCann is a Portuguese police investigation it is not appropriate for us to comment on it.
Our role is to assist the Portuguese authorities, when and if they request it, with UK based inquiries.
"But because it is a Portuguese investigation, and because of the judicial system there, we are not able to disclose the nature of those inquires."

The seven friends - who, with the McCanns, make up the Tapas Nine - have been steadfast in their loyalty to Madeleine's family.

The group - most of them doctors and professionals - was made up of:

Dr Russell O'Brien, 36 A consultant in acute medicine at the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital, he knew Gerry McCann from Leicester.
He was on holiday with his partner Jane Tanner and their two young daughters.
At 9.25pm he left the restaurant for around 25 minutes to check on one of the girls, who was ill.
He has been subject to a vicious Portuguese press campaign alleging he was absent for over an hour when Madeleine went missing.
He has threatened to sue, insisting: "These reports are completely untrue and extremely hurtful."

Jane Tanner, 37

Dr O'Brien's partner. She arrived late at the tapas bar after treating their sick daughter.
On the way, she passed the McCanns' apartment and saw a man carrying a child.
Crucially, her description of the child's clothes matched Madeleine's pink pyjamas.

Dr Matthew Oldfield, 37

Dr Oldfield, an endocrinologist at Kingston Hospital in South-West London, went to check the McCann children at 9 25pm.
But he did not look inside the flat - simply listened from outside to ensure Madeleine and the twins were not crying.

Rachael Oldfield, 36

Dr Oldfield's wife, a former lawyer who is now a recruitment consultant.
She is one of four witnesses who claim to have seen the first suspect, British expat Robert Murat, near the McCanns' flat.
Last month she angrily dismissed reports that police had intercepted phone calls and emails between the McCanns and their friends which contradicted the group's earlier statements.
Mrs Oldfield accused Portuguese police of "throwing mud when we are not able to defend oursleves"

David Payne, 41

Mr Payne is a senior research fellow in cardiovascular sciences at Leicester University
He and his wife and mother-in-law joined the group at 8.55pm.
They are believed to have been the only ones using a baby monitor to check on their two children.
Mr Payne has said: "All these smears and rumours are overshadowing the important thing, which is to get Madeleine back."

Dr Fiona Payne, 34

Mr Payne's wife, she is understood to have told police she saw Mr Murat shortly after Madeleine vanished.
Dr Payne and her husband stayed on in the Algarve to support the McCanns. When the couple were made official suspects, she said: "It's an outrage - a preposterous accusation."

Dianne Webster

Dr Payne's mother. She has given no public interviews.

Dr.Russell O’Brian in Leicestershire  the video for his first interview seemed to have ‘Technical failure’.

Russell read Jane Tanners,( his partners) statement to remind him of the events .
(Is it within the law to allow a witness to check anothers statement ? or ,was this to make sure they both agreed ? It seems Leicestershire Constabulary make up their own rules where these Doctors are concerned.)

RUSSELL O’BRIAN "I have been given the opportunity to refresh my memory at the start of the report by Jane Tanner (partner) and it allowed me to see these documents, which have been done in the presence of DC 1578 Gierc," said O 'Brien.

(O'Brien was interviewed twice, on 8 and April 10, 2008, but strangely, his first interview could not be recorded on video because, according to British police, there would be a "technical failure")

The second interview, Russell O'Brien by the officer Andrew Gierc, was recorded on video.

O’BRIANS partner JANE TANNER gave her witness statement to PJ May 4th, 2007

The time 11.30 am
JANE was clear about the type of clothing she saw the ‘abductor’ wearing.
He was wearing linen type cloth trousers, beige to golden in colour, a “duffy” sic type jacket (but not that thick).

Note: Jane does not mention jeans nor long hair.

KATE McCANN
Did not give her statement until 2.20 pm the afternoon of May 4th.
KATE AND JANE WOULD HAVE HAD PLENTY OF TIME TO GET THEIR STORY STRAIGHT

Kate ate and Jane would have had plenty of time to talk about the man she saw and what he was wearing  Thus at around 9pm, her husband went to the apartment to make sure the twins, as well as Madeleine, were OK, then he went back to the restaurant.

Her husband said that the children were doing well and that he had bumped into the person with whom he had played tennis, a person who has two children.

At the same time, one of the group of friends, Russell, went to see his children, without checking on the interviewee's children.

Later, a member of the group, Russell's partner Jane, when she went to her apartment to see her children at around 9.15pm, saw from the back [rear] about 50 metres away, on the perimeter road of the club, a long-haired person, in what she thinks were jeans, with a child in his arms and walking very quickly. But she is better able to tell you about that herself.
Kate said ,Jane saw  'a long haired person she thinks with jeans.
Was Kate trying to set up Jane Tanner ? it is a possibilty, person but later changes to his arms not really sure if it was a man or woman.

Kate when she spoke to Yvonne from SS said Madeleine had been taken by a couple. Were at this point all options on the table.
Janes rogatory statement and how important for the officer to know she did not take jeans on holiday.

Reply “Yeah. Erm, I’m just trying to, well I’ve walked out of the, walked out of the, erm, the Tap, you know, walked sort of into the reception of the Tapas Bar and obviously walked up the road.

I remember I was wearing, because it was cold, I’d got Russell’s big, I’d borrowed one of his, erm, fleeces, so I’d got a big sort of fleece, it probably came down to about here, but then I’d got flip-flops on and cropped trousers, because I’d only got, I didn’t take jeans, I know I didn’t take jeans on holiday, and then.
Oh I’m sidetracking a bit, but that’s why I knew one of the pictures in the paper wasn’t from the holiday, because I hadn’t got jeans on the holiday with me, so. Erm, yeah, and I’d got cropped trousers on and just flip-flops, so I can remember sort of walking,I couldn’t walk that quickly because I’d got these silly flip-flops on and I couldn’t walk that, that well in them, so to speak.

Wilkins saw Tanner May 3rd standing outside what he thought was her apartment wearing a purple dress. Did Tanner change her clothes that night and if so why? . There has been talk of Kate changing clothes but it looks like it may have been Tanner.

TANNER from her ROGATORY STATEMENT:

"I remember what I was wearing because it was cold, I'd borrowed one of RUSSELLS'S FLEECES."

"BUT I did not take JEANS with me to PDL:

Maddie DNA clue in airport bag

Traces found on fleece and stained jeans

By Dominic Herbert, 03/11/2007

A BAG of clothes containing DNA linked to Madeleine McCann has been found dumped by a road in Portugal.

The white carrier bag was discovered in a layby two weeks ago near Faro airport, the News of the World can reveal.

Maddie's parents Kate and Gerry McCann have learned the bag contained a blue fleece jacket and a pair of adult jeans with traces of DNA that contained "moderate" links to the missing four-year-old.

There was also a SHOWER CURTAIN inside.

News of the find came as it emerged police hunting for the youngster have asked the Mafia to help.

Crime godfathers in Morocco-where there have been several alleged sightings of Maddie-have been told cops will scale back drug busts if they do.

Meanwhile, the bag, found by a passer-by, was sent to a UK lab in Birmingham for forensic tests.

A leaked report showed experts concluded the clothes contained bodily fluid and traces of hair that could have come from Maddie.

Other items recovered from the bag included a white flannel, a green elastic band, a light green child's T-shirt with a green flower on the front and a pink and blue pencil case with a pink heart motif.

A source said: "The bag could be crucial. The DNA isn't an exact match to Maddie's, but it does link.

"It is the first clue found outside the apartment complex and could provide a trail."

The report-which was handed to detectives ten days ago-was obtained by the News of the World from Portuguese police sources.

The jeans contained more than 60 different stains

The report concluded: "The blue fleece and jeans were found to contain traces of congealed skin and hair.

"They were found to contain DNA characteristics that could be attributed to Madeleine McCann." No traces of Maddie's DNA were found on any of the other items.

The fresh clues will give Kate and Gerry, both 39, renewed hope of finding their daughter alive six months after she disappeared. Last night a friend of the McCanns said: "It potentially suggests that someone has taken her then disposed of the clothing.

They have done it near Faro which could imply they have gone in the direction of the airport. It backs up the idea she was abducted."

Last Sunday the News of the World revealed that the crack Spanish detective agency hired by the McCanns, Metodo 3, are convinced the youngster was snatched to order then smuggled from Portugal to Morocco.

Last night it looked like Mafia bosses will agree to use their underworld connections in the hunt for Maddie.

The DNA 'EVIDENCE' was reported November 3rd 2007

We then had this report dated November 11th 2007

Madeleine: Changes in evidence from Tapas Nine could 'dramatically change investigation'

09 November 2007

Changes in the evidence of two of the so-called Tapas Nine could "dramatically change" the Madeleine McCann investigation, it was claimed yesterday.

The pair who allegedly want to correct their version of events were named yesterday in a Portuguese newspaper as Russell O'Brian and his partner Jane Tanner.

Miss Tanner has given a key account of seeing a man carrying a child away from the McCanns' apartment. Both her and Dr O'Brian deny that they have contacted police to change their statements........

Mr.Gordon could have been so helpful.

Life could have been so very different for the McCanns if only, accountant PAUL ANTHONY GORDON had been more helpful.
Mr.Gordon was very helpful to the police, which was no help at all to the McCanns.
If we go through Mr.Gordons statement you will see what I mean.

This statement was dated 24th April 2008.

Paul and his family stayed for one week in Apartment 5A , they left the day the McCanns arrived Saturday, 28th April 2007.

Paul, his wife, three year old son and daughter of two years had a very pleasant weeks stay .

Here is part of Pauls statement.

The week was quiet, the children went to kindergarten either in the morning or in part of the afternoon and there was a day that I think they went all day - but I cannot state this with exactitude.
The children always returned to the apartment at lunchtime for a nap that usually occurred between 13.00 and 15.00. The children were always in our company when they were not at the nursery, and frequently we took them to the beach for an ice cream.

On Wednesday or Thursday the children were sleeping in the apartment and Sal also was inside - reading a book if I am not mistaken. I was seated in the paved garden that is facing the area of the pool, when I heard a male voice say "Hello". The voice came from the gate that leads to the road on the corner of the apartment and connects to the main reception area.

I stood up and I went to the man who asked me if I would be interested to contribute a donation to an orphanage in the interior mountains. I spoke with him and noticed that he had a badge with identification and
that he had what seemed to me to be a book of receipts.
I thought that either he was genuine or a professional "cheat". It was then that I entered the apartment and asked Sal where was the money, and returned with a 10 euro note that I gave to him.
I cannot say exactly where he put the money and I think that he gave me a receipt, which I imagine that I threw away or left in Portugal.
At the time I thought the individual aggressive or having a persistent manner.
I felt he was genuine and it appeared to be for a good cause.

I would describe the man as educated, with good appearance and brought with him a pamphlet.
He had dark hair with slight tendency to gray, his skin seemed to be tanned [by the sun]. I would say that he was more than forty years old and 1.77 - 1.80cm in height - that is hard to say with certainty since I was looking down at him from a higher position.
I would add that the man was robustly built but was not fat. Wearing a light green polo, trousers and shoes.

After all this time I do not know if he had a slight goatee on the picture of the identification badge [card] or in person.

But in one way or another I remember him as being clean and shaven and with light facial hair. I would say that I was with this man 2-3 minutes. The individual was not seen by the children since they were in bed asleep, nor seen by Sal since she remained inside while I spoke with him.

I had never seen this man before and saw him no more after that. Apart from mentioning him to Sal I did not speak again about this man while I was in Portugal.

While we were in Portugal there were no incidents worthy of record, beyond this man that I have described, however there was a time when I cut myself shaving in the bathroom of the apartment.

I would say that the cut bled for about a 45 minutes and that it took some time until the cut stopped bleeding, during which period I walked around the apartment with paper tissues trying to stop the blood. Aside from this, to the best of my knowledge no one else cut themselves nor did anyone die in
the apartment.

Blood found in the apartment as Martin Grimes explained could have been old or fresh, the dog picked up on this and Dr.Mccann would have also claimed the blood found was that of Mr.Gordons. But this would have proved the dog was correct. Sadly, for Dr.McCann he could not claim only one dog was reliable, the dog that picked up  on the blood. To then suggest the cadaver was unreliable would have made Dr.McCann look rather foolish.

The man calling for donations would have also been a great help to the McCanns, much closer to match with the day of Madeleines alleged abduction. But Mr.Gordon refused to be pressured by the McCanns and their backer Kennedy , he went to the police and made an official complaint. The McCanns backed off.

The Investigation

Clarence Mitchell , job satisfaction, who is paid to lie.
Madeleine McCann died in an accident in her family’s Algarve holiday apartment and her death was covered up by her parents who then concocted a tale of kidnap, a Portuguese court was told.

Kate and Gerry McCann, aged 41 years, were in court to hear how the detectives leading the investigation into Madeleines disappearance believed they had lied to hide the truth.

“She died in the apartment as a result of a tragic accident and the parents simulated an abduction after failing to care for theirr children,” Tavares de Almeida, former chief inspector at Portimao police station during the initial months of the investigation, told the court in Lisbon.

“These were the conclusions of a police report signed by me on September 10 2007,” he added.

The allegations against Kate and Gerry McCann, both 41, were presented in court on the first day of a hearing to challenge the publication of a book written by Algarve detective Dr.Goncalo Amaral.

Lawyers for Dr.Amaral, who co-ordinated the team that made the McCanns arguidos – suspects – in their daughter’s disappearance, called witnesses to support the claims outlined in his book. The McCanns arguido status was lifted after ten months in July 2008 when the Attorney General ruled there was no evidence against them.

The McCanns came face to face with Dr.Amaral for the first time since they were officially made argiuidos in September 2007, four months after their daughter vanished, nine days before her fourth birthday.

Dr. Amaral, aged 50, helped co-ordinate the initial investigation into Madeleine’s disappearance from a holiday apartment in Praia da Luz on May 3 2007 while her parents dined with friends at a tapas bar nearby. He was removed from the case, which remains unsolved.

His book, entitled “The Truth of The Lie”, published in July 2008 claims that Madeleine died in the apartment and questions her parents’ account of events that evening.

It became a bestseller in Portugal selling more than 200,000 copies and went on to be published in six languages and made into a documentary film.

The documentary is clear and precise, Dr.Amaral proves how an abduction described the way the McCanns tell their version would have been impossible. Gerry McCann tried to fight back with his own documentary which was quite frankly, a farce.
The actress who played Kate McCanns part was so unbelievable,  even Gerry McCann left her out of his play.
After a year long campaign the McCanns succeeded in getting a temporary injunction banning further sales and it was withdrawn from shelves last September. The couple are suing for libel becuase they believe that the book is damaging the search for their daughter by asserting that she is already dead.

(They do not mention their concern for the Gaspar statement, but concerned they must surely be)

They are expected to ask a judge for around £1million in damages which they will use to pay for their own continuing hunt for their daughter, who they believe was kidnapped and could still be alive and being held somewhere.

The McCanns are now of course directors of the fund and a link to this fund by paypal still remains at Leicestershire Police station. The same Police station that held back the Gaspar statement from the investigation.

Dave Edgar said Madeleine is in PDL living in a hellish lair and still Gerry says ‘There is no evidence she has come to any harm’ Of course when he talks about evidence he means against himself and his wife.

Dr.McCann and his wife have been to Portugal several times now and have made no attempt to even pretend to find this hellish lair. Their only interest,  who can they sue to fill their greedy pockets.
Mr de Almeida told the court: “We have always spoken of a tragic accidental death – not homicide. The McCanns did not kill her but they concealed the body,”

Mr de Almeida, was also removed from the the case in September 2007, said the decision to designate the McCanns ‘arguidos’ was made by police after sniffer dogs brought to Portugal from England had carried out their searches.

Giving evidence, Mr de Almeida said that the dogs had identified blood and the scent of a human corpse inside the McCanns’ holiday flat.

The animals also reacted to traces on a piece of cloth in a villa rented by the McCanns after they left the apartment and in the boot of a rental car hired by the family several weeks after Madeleine disappeared.

Many reasons have been given as to this odour in the back of the car, the twins dirty nappies , rotting meat and spilt fish oil.

Mr de Almeida also complained that Portuguese police efforts to investigate the McCanns had been frustrated by their British counterparts. “We were told that the UK would not accept any investigation of the McCanns – there was a lack of cooperation,” he said.

But later he said that the theory that the parents had covered up Madeleine’s death as outlined in Amaral’s book was one reached by British police on the ground in Portugal too.

“THIS WAS NOT SOMETHING INVENTED BY AMARAL,” he insisted. “It was a conclusion reached by the team of Portuguese investigators as well as BRITISH POLICE.”

A third witness said the turning point of the investigation came following a tearful call from Mrs McCann who, after a dream, told police where to search for her daughter’s body.

Police Inspector Ricardo Paiva, who acted as a liason between the McCanns and Portuguese police in the days following their daughter’s disappearance told the court he had received the phone call in late July 2007.

“Kate called me, she was alone as Gerry was away and she was crying,” he said. “She said she had dreamt that Madeleine was on a hill and that we should search for her there.

(According to Gerry , Police Inspector Ricardo Paiva, is a liar…Gerry can see into Kates head and no, she never had such a dream, to Gerry everyone is a liar who will not believe his version.)

“She gave the impression that she thought she was dead – it was a turning point for us.”

The senior detective said the land was searched but nothing was found. “That is when we decided to send the specialist dogs in. BRITISH POLICE informed us about how they could detect the scent of death.”

He admitted that the police had been suspicious of the McCanns from the start of the investigation. “They disobeyed our request to keep quiet about the details of their daughter’s disappearance while we conducted our investigation. Instead they turned it into a media circus and that gave rise to some suspicions.”

He said that the McCanns should have faced prosecution for leaving their children alone. “They should have been pursued for neglect. People have been arrested for far less – even in the UK.”

CONCLUSION BY: TAVARES De ALMEIDA

———————————-
From everything that was gathered, the facts point in the direction that the death of Madeleine McCann occurred, on the night of May 3rd of 2007, inside the apartment 5A, of the Ocean Club resort, occupied by the couple McCann and by their three children;

There is a coincidence between the marking of cadaver odour and blood, according to the Laboratory Report (partial) annexed to the ‘Autos’.

Such markings, occurred behind the sofa of the living room (cadaver and blood odour/DNA), which proves that indubitably such piece of furniture was pushed back by someone, after the death of Madeleine McCann occurred. Because of the weak (small) vestiges recovered at such place, it is to admit as a strong hypothesis that the same was subjected to a wash, at the time the death occurred.

In the same way, the soft toy used by the dead child, found at the head of the bed where she usually slept (see photos about the initial forensics) reveals that someone put it there in a moment posterior to the death, once the bed doesn’t have cadaver odour. This is, there occurred an intentional modification in order to simulate a ‘picture’ that doesn’t correspond with the reality;

It must be added that the cadaver odour signalled a strong odour in the bedroom where the McCann slept, which can indicate the moving of the corpse from the actual death scene (living room) to the non visible part of the bedroom;

Furthermore a strong reaction for cadaver odour was made on Kate’s clothes, which can indicate that she was in touch with the cadaver;

There was also a strong reaction of cadaver odour in the car used by the McCann (since May 27th 2007), which in conjugation with the blood dog and the forensics present in the ‘Autos’, that indicate the presence of Madeleine McCann’s DNA in the booth of the car, are in order not to exclude a strong hypothesis that this car may have been used to transport the cadaver, 24 days after the death;

It can’t also be neglected the indication of the cadaver and blood dog, on the car key, having the laboratory confirmed the existence of Gerald McCann’s DNA. This last signalling was obtained by the dogs after the key was put far away from the car and in a place not visible.

From everything that was exposed from the AUTOS, we conclude that:

A) The minor Madeleine McCann died in the apartment 5A of the Ocean Club resort, on the night of May 3rd of 2007;

B) It was performed a simulation of kidnapping;

C) In order to avoid the death [alarm] of the minor before 22H00, it was created a situation of the children’s surveillance by the McCann while the children slept;

D) Kate McCann and Gerald McCann are involved in the occultation of the cadaver of their child Madeleine McCann;

E) At this moment, there seems that there aren’t strong indicia that the death of the minor didn’t happen due to a tragic accident;

F) From what was obtained until now, everything points out that the McCann, as self-defence, didn’t want to deliver immediately and voluntarily the cadaver, existing a strong possibility that the same was transported from the initial place of deposition. This situation is susceptible to raise questions about the circumstances under which the death of the minor occurred.

So we suggest that the ‘Autos’ be sent to the EX.mo Sr. Procurador Geral da R’ublica [General Attorney], in order to:

G) New interrogation of the Arguidos Kate and Gerry McCann;

H) Evaluation of the measure of restraint to be applied in this case;

On the course of the house search to the residence of the McCann, a manuscript was found, a sort of diary, already photocopied, possibly authored by Kate McCann, and admitting that the same may contain elements that may help to reach the material truth of the facts, WE PROPOSE THAT:

I) The photocopies of such document to be presented to the M.Mo Judge regarding its apprehension, if legal, translation and eventual recovery of elements to bring into the ‘Autos’ for future investigation.

Paul Gordon and his family mentioned the all package deal and the fact he could only manage to eat twice at the tapas bar. The reason ,Ocean Club only have arrangements with the Millenium for eating, this includes breakfast and  evening meals.
Part of Jane Tanners statement
we saw Kate running when we were at the CafĂ© Parisio or whatever it was, Kate was running along, we saw Kate running along the beach, so she’d obviously gone for a run. Actually I think that was before, I think that’s, yeah, that’s when we were still on the beach, so it was before we’d gone to the cafĂ© that we saw Kate running”.

4078 “Right. So it was before teatime?”

Reply “Before, yeah. So it would have probably been before five, it would have been sort of, either before, definitely before half past five I would have said we’d seen her, yeah”.

4078 “And she was on her own?”

Reply “She was on her own, yeah. Erm, so, yeah, the, sorry, Russell, Matt and Dave went up to, back up to the complex, for want of a better word, to play tennis, because we sort of said ‘Well’”.

4078 “You’ve got to?”

Reply “’You’ve got to because’. I think Russell and I are probably more sort of laid back and just go with the flow a bit, but some of the people on the holiday were quite sort of ‘Oh we’ll ask, we’ll get this’, you know, a bit like booking the Tapas Restaurant every night, I don’t think it would ever have crossed Russell and my mind to try and get a block booking, but, erm, you know, I think they sort of”.

4078 “Once somebody has you feel obliged to go along with it?”

Reply “Well, I think, yeah, I mean, and we actually did have a conversation, it’s one of those ‘What ifs’ as well, I can remember on the morning of the, Thursday morning by the tennis, at the tennis, somebody in our tennis group had tried to book the Tapas and they couldn’t get in because it was already full. And I can remember thinking at that point, and I just felt, you know, ‘Good’, because they were bloomin’ awkward by booking it out. And they were sort of saying well it’s a bit ridiculous that they couldn’t have got in because they’d booked, they’d tried to book in, you know, they’d been there at nine o’clock to book in and they still couldn’t get in. So, we did, at that point, I can remember having this conversation was ‘Oh shall we go somewhere different’, but it never happened, but. And Kate was, I think Kate was there then, I can’t remember who else, but we did actually say ‘Oh shall we, shall we go somewhere different’. And I think almost at that point we had considered it, but I think the problem was the kids were so tired after having such full days, I think it was more ‘Well it’s worked every other night’. But I know definitely from my point of view I felt quite bad that we were taking this, you know, this block booking every night and it was affecting other people using it”.

4078 “What were the other options then for eating, was there a good option close by?”

Reply “No, it was just the Millennium, well in terms of ones that you wouldn’t have to pay extra for, it was the Millennium, which didn’t really start until, I think it was half seven or something, so, you know, by that stage it was, we could have, we could have gone there, so I think. And our kids are probably more, I don’t know, (inaudible) our kids as they are growing up, but we tend to drag our kids with us more, you know, they have never really had a certain bedtime as such, I think”.

4078 “So they adapted more?”

Reply “They adapt, they’re more adaptable, yeah. But I think, I normally would have pushed that, but I think because Ella had had the complete, the night before, because she was so tired, so completely lost the plot, we thought ‘She’s tired, lets just, you know, stick with it as it is really’”.

4078 “And the holiday was all inclusive?”

Reply “Yeah”.

4078 “Does the Tapas come under that bracket?”  (This is a lie)

Reply “Yeah, yeah, that’s, that’s did, yeah”. ??????????????

4078 “Right”.

Breakfast was taken each morning in the Millenium because it was  included in the price…The first night they went to the Millenium  because it was included in the price…..

The tapas does not come under this bracket, Ocean Club have no deal with the tapas for meals there is no option, only the Millenium.

THE STING

The amount of public money spent on the Madeleine McCann Investigation…..this does not include the money the McCanns have gobbled up for their fund also assisted by the ever helpful Leicester Cops and their paypal button leading straight to the fund.
Madeleine McCann hunt:

Police spent more than £500,000 By Mirror.co.uk 13/02/2009

British police spent more than half a million pounds assisting the Portuguese investigation into Madeleine McCann’s disappearance, it was revealed today.

Leicestershire Police’s part in the search for the missing little girl cost £548,477 in 2007-08, the force said.

But it was reimbursed for most of this amount thanks to a Home Office grant of £525,069.

The Policia Judiciaria – Portugal’s CID – led the investigation into Madeleine’s disappearance from the Algarve village of Praia da Luz on May 3 2007.

Leicestershire Police became involved in the case as the home force of the child’s parents, Kate and Gerry McCann.

British officers, headed by Detective Superintendent Stuart Prior, conducted interviews of witnesses in the UK and passed possible sightings of Madeleine on to their Portuguese colleagues.

After a lengthy delay Leicestershire Police responded today to a Freedom of Information request for information about its role in the case.

It said: “The total additional expenditure incurred for 07-08 was £548,477 and Leicestershire Constabulary received a Home Office grant of £525,069.”

The force refused to provide a breakdown of where the money was spent because this would reveal “operational, investigative and law enforcement techniques.

The significance of this...
Money straight from the tax payers pocket.

Not only were the gullibe British public paying into the fund , they were also being taxed for the privilege.

For the McCanns and their followers, this was a bad news day and must not become headline news.

A sighting? No, the public were used to them… it had to be something spectacular…

PR Guru Clarence Mitchell , pulled out all the stops and came up with the most ludicrous idea he has ever had , even managing to tell the press with a straight face of this new important break through in the search for Madeleine . Along side him the McCanns top man Dave Edgar. Dave sat there with sweat pouring down his face as Mitchell began this latest speal.
Dave, finding it hard to swallow as the spineless British press hung on to Mitchells every word.

Followed was a week-end , 48 hour coverage, in every single Sunday newspaper and the weeks to follow…for the search of a look alike…… Victoria Beckham.

And the most ridiculous story about the search for ‘Our Maddie’ was born.

The words this woman had spoken were vital to the investigation said Mitchell, he could not possibly tell us what they were…

Only to tell us days later Victorias words…”Have you got my daughter”.

Any Detective worth his salt , would know a woman, in Barcelona ,at 2 am in the morning .

Alone…….

…….walking the streets…is either, very foolish , a prostitute… or a drug addict looking to score.

Barcelona, is rife with prostitues and drug addicts, muggers and any other night life of the criminal nature. It is not safe.

……. ‘Have you got my daughter?’..damning words said Mitchell and yes she surely means Madeleine.. who else could it be ?

Daughter is also rhyming slang for quarter.
A woman alone at 2am searching the streets to score…..is more probable, than a woman waiting to pick up Madeleine Mccann

Mitchell decided to add a bit of glamour .

Rhonda Wyllie, one of the richest women in Australia and also known to Rupert Murdoch, was dragged into the story, she is now more famous for being involved in the McCann case than for her lavish lifestyle or her very generous donations to charity and cancer research.

The whole story a fairy tale, but it achieved its goal.

Everyone had forgotten about the previous Mondays news and the amount of money this investigation had cost the tax payer.

Mission accomplished.

Every single reporter who has penned his name to any newspaper article  should hang his or her head in shame.

Skys Crime reporter Martin Brunt.

The Daily Mails ,Vanessa Allen

The Suns, Antonella Lazzeri, who when one writes to her questioning her ethics when reporting on the McCanns, returns abusive e.mails with language I would not like to repeat .

We then have the biggest disgrace of all….The BBC’s reporter Mike O'Sullivan, who due to his ignorance of the Portuguese language , accused Dr.Goncalo Amaralo of using an abusive term when asked a question about the McCanns.

Mike O'Sullivan was wrong and the BBC were wrong in not checking with someone who understand the language before going to air.

To name them all, well whose got that kind of time.?…so,..last but not least the Daily Mail’s David Jones who went to PDL and reported back his supicions of the McCanns and how their story did not seem to make sense.

Later, much later after talking with Clarence Mitchell , he made a public retraction…he apologised to the McCanns and said he now knows they are innocent.

Shame on you David Jones for selling your soul.

Newspapers are not about printing the truth, they are about who can sell the most copies .

Clarence Mitchell is paid to lie for his living, that is his job.

Madeleine and what she may have gone through, a frightened little girl who may have met her death in a brutal way or a simple domestic accident., not one journalist has any interest in finding out the truth.

Instead of thinking of the McCanns ,why do you not for once think about Madeleine and start asking what really happened to her.

Cots without bedding

Was simulated neglect a package deal along with simulated abduction ?
The independent witness statement of Mrs.Pamela Fenn, who heard a child Tuesday,.May 1st, crying for much longer than one hour, screaming daddy, daddy. One child only, she is clear on this and not the siblings of Madeleine. Two reasons, the twins were sedated or not in the apartment.

Madeleine:

Spent one christmas with her Grandmother ,Gerrys mum ,Mrs McCann said of her grandaughter ‘That girl could pull a tantrum. If anyone had tried to take her she would have screamed her head off. She would have had to be drugged’

Dr.K.Gaspar said:

Madeleine went off with the Paynes so that Kate and Gerry may spend time with the twins.

Madeleine : A star chart in Rothley. Madeleine would receive a star for everynight she stayed in bed and did not disturb her parents.

Gerry, however said Madeleine would come to our room because the twins would wake her ?

Madeleine it seems had a sleep problem . Maddie had her own room in Rothley but now she was sleeping with the twins ( or was she ?)
Madeleine sedated and while she slept the twins were taken to be with the rest of the children? Paulo Rebelo said seven children were together but did not mention where he thought the eigth child was. The eigth child being Madeleine? and explaining Mrs.Fenns hearing only the one child.

Madeleine it seems was not sedated enough on Tues May 1st, she woke and found herself truly alone. There was no mum and dad, no brother or sister , she was terrified and she screamed and screamed.

McCanns would not know Mrs.Fenn heard Madeleine that evening as she did not speak with them about her concerns. Had she done so maybe Madeleine would be alive today, who knows. (Gerry denied Madeleine cried for any length of time that evening, but Dr.McCann denies everything ,except for his truth)
Kate in her witness statement said she covered the twins with open weave blankets before leaving the apartment.

Charlotte had forgotten her lies in her witnesss statement and told the truth when excited by being in a newspaper , she said 'There were no children in the room '

When GNR arrived, the twins, heavily asleep without blankets in their cots... Kate returned the twins after Charlotte had left but forgot the open weave blankets, explaining the remark from Goncalo Amaral , cots without bedding.
