The last photograph

The last photograph of a very pale Madeleine. I have no idea if it is photoshopped or not, although Gerry's elbow suddenly missing in one photograph of the same image, is a mystery. People go on living until someone tells you otherwise, and I think this is what the groups statements are telling us, they are giving proof with 'their words 'that Madeleine was alive until they were ready to simulate an abduction. The McCanns loved to photograph Madeleine this is clear and the absence of photographs on the fateful holiday give me pause for thought and my thoughts are the reason there are so few is because they had no time, Madeleine may have died a few short days after their arrival. The tennis court photograph , Kate said in her statement Madeleine had  a sunburn mark on her right forearm and in this shot it is clear to see, her arm is marked.

It makes little sense to take your camera with you on holiday and not take photographs, even less sense to take it to the pool and only take one photograph. The McCanns were 'camera snappers' the images we see of their children are many, lots taken on the same day (Donegal and in England)...an example , Madeleine in the park ,there are several of her and all are on the same day. Therefore, for me, to have only one image of Madeleine on May 3rd is out of character for the McCanns. If Madeleine died the night of May 1st this would also explain the lack of photographs and would imply the last photo of Madeleine was at the tennis court. Phil McCann had this image very early on and e.mailed it along with a chain letter around the world.

There are no images of Kate with her children on this holiday...five days until the evening of May 3rd ? and the 'happy snapper' has nothing to show for it.


Madeleine had her tennis lesson on Tuesday and yet Bridget O'Donnell for some unknown reason in her article  for the Guardian said Madeleines tennis lesson was on Thursday 'She must have been there' she said.
Bridget O'Donnell and Jez were pressured by the McCanns, were they asked to confirm they saw Madeleine on Thursday and was the article written to suggest Madeleine was seen by them...but Bridget only suggested and did not confirm Madeleines presence.

Wednesday and Thursday evenings were alibis....Tuesday May 1st Madeleine heard screaming by Mrs Fenn. Wednesday May 2nd, that evening the group stay longer and move to the cocktail bar away from their table (alibi so they are remembered)...missing is Rachael Oldfield who claims to have been sick. I do not believe in the neglect issue ,I believe Rachael was caring for the children who were all together. Skys reporter Martin Brunt has reported the McCanns were there for the best part of two weeks, this is not true, the group arrived Saturday April 28th, that evening along with the children they went for dinner at the Millenium,.Sunday April 29th, evening, Matt cried off sick, I believe Matt was with the children. Monday April 30th we had another who claimed sickness , again I believe this was the baby sitter. Three nights before disaster struck (if we believe Madeleine died the night Mrs Fenn heard screaming.)

If we remove Saturday evening as the whole group were together with the children we are left with just two evenings.....  ONLY two nights before tragedy struck.   NEGLECT would never have been an issue. PARAISO Beach bar, also 'used' to be seen all together except the McCanns were not there, however there was a very helpful waiter who placed the McCanns there that afternoon , Madeleine dancing with her father. Not true.

“THIS is the first picture of the Tapas 7 seen together at a beach bar just hours before Maddie was snatched. They were captured on CCTV having drinks before making the 10-minute walk to the restaurant where they met the McCann. The digital time on the film is 5.59pm - about the time Gerry and Kate were picking Maddie up from kids club to get her ready for bed", wrote "The News of The World", on August 10, 2008.

Not very accurate, this time line and description of events. The seven friends didn't go from Paraíso beach bar to meet the McCann in Tapas bar. This is a brief description (*) of the hours between 4:30/5:00 pm up to 8:00 pm, May 3:

1 – The seven friends and children went to the beach, on the afternoon of May 3, at different hours and later, all together, went to Paraíso beach bar,;

2 – They asked food for the children and it was around 5:30 pm when the food arrived;

3 – The men (David, Matthew and Russell) left around 5:55/6:20 pm (1), to go to the tennis court (2), because there was a “men’s social tennis round” that night;

4 – The wives stayed in the Paraíso Bar, because they had asked for ice creams for the kids and the men were late for the “men’s social tennis round” scheduled to start at 6:00 pm;

5 – When the three men arrived at the tennis court, Gerry was there, already, playing;

6 - Kate had been at the tennis court, with Gerry, after 3:30 pm, but she left around 4:30 pm and went jogging on the beach (3). Gerry stayed in the courts, playing with Julian;

7 – The nannies took the children (including the three McCann children) to have “high tea” near the Tapas bar, around 5:00 pm;

8 – Kate finished jogging (5:20/5:30 pm) and met Gerry, who was already with Madeleine, Sean and Amelie near the Tapas Bar. They took the kids,together, to the apartment and Gerry went back to tennis;

9 – Around 6:10/6:15 pm, all the women left Paraíso with the kids and went to the tennis court to see the men playing. They stayed there for some undisclosed time and went to their apartments, around 6:45/7:20 pm;

10 – Gerry asked David Payne (4), around 6:30 pm, to look in on Kate, to see if she needed help to take the kids to the playing area, near Tapas bar;

11 – David knocked at the A5 apartment (4). Kate had just finished having a bath and David saw that the kids were already bathed and were in their pyjamas (5) playing around;

12 – Kate told David the kids were very tired, so they were not going to the playing area (6);

13 – David Payne got his tennis kit and went to the court. He arrived around 7:00 pm and the four men (Gerry, David, Matthew and Russell) started to play, but after a short time Gerry decided he had had enough tennis and went to the apartment. He was replaced by Dan, a tennis coach from Ocean Club;

14 – The three men played until almost 8:00 pm and they went back to their apartments, to get ready for dinner, as the table was reserved for 8:30 pm (7).

Notes:

(1) Matthew said they left Paraíso at 6:20 pm. Russell said the three men left around 6:00 pm. David also stated 6:00 pm. Fiona said it was 5:55/6:00 pm, when the three men left.

(2) Russell said that he and Matthew went straight to the courts. Matthew said he went to the apartment to get his tennis gear and Russell did the same. David said the other two men went to the apartments and he went to meet Gerry, who was already playing, at the courts.

(3) According to Russell, while the group was at the beach, before going to Paraíso beach bar, they saw Kate doing her jogging near the seaside, at around 5:15/5:20 pm. They didn't talk, some people from the group that was at the beach just waved to Kate. Russell said that David went to his own apartment and also – he believes – to the McCann apartment. Briefly, David came back and joined them, there was Dan with two or three more guests and they played for more than one hour, until 8:00 pm, Russell said. Gerry went back to the apartment a short time before the three men, according to Russell. Dan, the tennis coach, also left earlier.

(4) – It was Gerry who asked him to check on Kate and the kids, Payne told Police. According to Kate, David knocked at the door (the door facing the swimming pool). She just put a towel around her, went to the living room and they had a brief talk. David said he thinks the French doors were open and he went inside the apartment. The kids were there, playing around, and the conversation with Kate was short. David Payne confirmed this was the last time he saw Madeleine.

(5) About the kids, David Payne said they were all dressed in their pyjamas, looked like angels, just at the beginning of his statement to British Police. 41 minutes later, when asked what everybody was wearing, he said he could only remember that the kids were dressed in white. He could not remember what Kate McCann was wearing.

(6) The conversation with Kate was short: 3 to 5 minutes, David Payne said.

(7) According to Fiona Payne, David came back from tennis at 7:10 pm, still in time to help give the children a bath . Diana Webster said her son-in-law helped to bath the children, around 7:10 pm. Matthew Oldfield said that the three men (he, Russell and David) played up to 8:00 pm. Rachael told police that Gerry left at 7:20 pm to help Kate put the children in bed. Russell also said the he, David and Matthew played for almost one hour, close to 8:00 pm and they left the tennis court together.

(*) These details were obtained by cross-referencing information from statements given to Portuguese and British police by the McCann couple, their seven friends and Kate's personal notes. Large time gaps, in some situations, are due to the different times given by the persons questioned.

The Express have deleted the Blue bag

Reports that Police were investigating what happened to Gerry McCanns blue tennis bag , large enough to easily conceal a childs body.

There could be a very simple explanation, Gerry played tennis, so having a tennis bag is unsurprising in itself. Skys reporter Martin Brunt confirmed Gerry had a blue bag.

Both Gerry McCann and Clarence  Mitchell strenuously deny there ever was a bag - WHY ?

A MISSING blue tennis bag could hold the key to Madeleine McCann's disappearance, a TV documentary will claim tonight.

The bag - big enough to carry a small child - belonged to Maddie's dad Gerry, the programme says.
It is claimed Portuguese cops have been hunting for the holdall, which disappeared at the same time as the four-year-old girl.
The bag emerges as a potentially vital new clue in a Sky News investigation entitled The Madeleine McCann Mystery.
Yet, bizarrely, the McCanns' spokesman Clarence Mitchell yesterday denied it existed - saying Gerry did not own such a bag and never had done.

Former detective Tony Rogers, one of Britain's most experienced police officers, will be seen saying: "If it's a bag of a size that could be taking away from the flat a child, that would be of great interest to the investigating officer."

Madeleine McCann. Just the mere mention of a little girl's name is enough to evoke passion and strong emotion among those who never even met her. The name of a tiny, vulnerable toddler is known the world over. Madeleine's name has been spoken more since May 3rd, than it ever was during the few short years of a childhood that has quite likely been stolen forever. Unlike Gerry's treasured possession, his wallet and the cash it contained, it can never be returned.

There are two people responsible for Madeleine's fate - Kate and Gerry McCann. Two parents who it is known, repeatedly took the deliberate decision to leave Madeleine and her siblings alone, unprotected and open to potential harm and danger.

You would think her parents would be despised wouldn't you? that the media would be picking on every word they said, delving without mercy into the backgrounds of two people who put their own hedonistic desires above the welfare of their children. That is what they would normally do. But oh no, not with Kate and Gerry McCann.

Instead, those who speak out against the protected icons of the British establishment, are the victims of the sort of treatment normally reserved for those who commit crimes against children.

We, who are seeking answers, truth and justice - are the villains - not the McCanns.

Why?

Why are guests on TV and radio shows gagged by presenters at the first sign of any criticism of the couple? Why are we expected to believe without question, every convoluted, cock-and-bull story presented by the British media? Why is a long standing ally, the victim of racial abuse from a two bit chancer working for the Holy Bible of the Uneducated, Lost and Lonely Loser Brigade?

Poor old Kate, the mother who saw no wrong in leaving a three year old girl all alone, is the victim of abuse and threats and we are supposed to hang our heads in shame.

Don't get me wrong, I do not agree with threats - they only serve to betray Madeleine even more than she has already been betrayed. Justice for Madeleine must be achieved through the justice system, otherwise, there is no justice at all. This is not about revenge, jealousy or spite. It is about doing the right thing for someone who has been the victim of so much wrong.

Why should Kate and Gerry be protected from the sort of abuse we receive on a daily basis? We are not the ones who have done anything wrong?

The press worry about the safety of Kate and Gerry, yet show no interest in the fact that my welfare and safety is being openly discussed on the forum of a national newspaper. They are blind to the threats I have received.

Why?

Don't get me wrong, I don't give a tinkers cuss about threats or insults from people I wouldn't give the time of day to. In any case I am used to it. After my attacks on Edgar Ray Killen, it was made quite clear to me that I would never be welcome in Mississippi! It is the difference in attitude that concerns me - and "difference" has been the hallmark of media coverage of the McCanns. No one else except the McCanns would have enjoyed the luxury of such protection.

Why?

I honestly feel we will know at least part of answer in the near future, though I doubt we will ever know the full sordid story of fear, protection and called in favours.

Perhaps Kate and Gerry may take a look at this blog and our campaign for answers, and ask themselves,"why"

That I can answer with a few simple truisms.

They betrayed Madeleine. They continue to betray Madeleine. They betrayed the country of my birth. They betrayed the vast majority of British parents who sacrifice their needs for their children.

The Madeleine McCann threads on this blog aim to right those wrongs, to provide a voice for the betrayed, the angry and the frustrated. If anyone reading this can help make our voices be heard even louder, you can email me at newperspectives@iprimus.com.au.
