McCanns : Illusion of searching.

The McCanns have always admitted they' did not search'  Props are what it was all about , two seperate nights and two different torches, one bright orange , so that we notice. The implication, Gerry had searched all night and had used  up the battery so needed ANOTHER torch to search some more.

Gerry McCann and the abductors matching jacket.

The matching jackets...how many have noticed how alike the jacket worn by Gerry McCann and their 'pantomime' abductor in PDL ?..The same jacket Martin Smith saw perhaps. Conveniently a strand of hair covers the dark loop, seen on the outside, on the back of McCanns jacket. I wonder if McCann lent his jacket for the occasion, it would surely have amused him had he done so....

Notice the folds and how both jackets seem to 'sway' out
on the left side of the hem.

McCanns HUNT for Maddie is over...they are now hunting a 'HACKER'

Breaking NEWS:

The phone hacker is thought to be dark and swarthy and has been spotted twice in Malta, Morroco and Dubai in the last 24 hours. The McCanns private detectives are thought to be heading to the airport as this news breaks. They shall accuse him of talking into a mobile, they have proof this time as we see in the photograph, in possession of  large ears and a suspicious looking nose. Further charges, sitting with intent, wearing what appears to be  a womans scarf  on his head and a shabby gypsy type of dress . The McCanns detectives believe  'Mitchells hacker' could be a transvestite or wearing a disguise so as not to be caught. More news to follow.....

http://www.express.co.uk/posts/view/226109/Kate-and-Gerry-McCann-hunt-for-caller-who-tried-to-grab-agent-s-phone-records

Latest update...there seems a lot of mobile activity. from the McCanns PI's..could something be happeneing ? Are they actually talking with the 'swarthy one' is an arrest imminent ? stay tuned...

A search party is now looking for the 'swarthy hacker' and have been warned he is not to be approached as he may be 'highly dangerous' they know this by his thick bushy eyebrows which they find' menacing'...

Well, there is in coming news but things are not looking good for the PI's, it seems the 'swarthy one' was not a transvestite or in disguise, he is married to a camel BUT not just any camel she is the fastest camel in the Middle East. AND as you can see they are very much in love.

BREAKING NEWS !!!!!! Good news ,it seems all is not lost as the 'Swarthy Hacker' made his get away he dropped a map...PI's were quick to recover this vital piece of information and yes it seems to all fit...they now believe the 'hacker' is a relation to the 'abductor' of Madeleine. There is indeed method to their madness, for the map dropped by Mitchells 'hacker' was of Portugal. PI's are now convinced they must return without haste back to PDL and REVIEW their initial belief that Madeleine IS within a ten mile radius of PDL.

Could it be the McCanns DICKS will this time kill three birds with one stone ? Will they find the 'hacker' Madeleines abductor and Madeleine all together eating kebabs in a hellish lair....???? Anything is possible....

No sign of Madeleine.... being treated like a Princess

my tuppence worth

The final word must come from Kate, Englands finest celebrity and authoress who, with the latest news says she is 'hacked off'.

'I would just like to thank everyone for everything they have done in searching for 'Our Maddie' and believing in me. The book I have tried so hard not to  write The LIE of the TRUTH  errrr,  Madeleine due to those damn Royals and their damn wedding , means I am one month out of pocket and apologise to all my believers when I released the date of April 28th.

However, we were damn lucky Madeleines birthday was so close as it made a wonderful excuse to change the date. TRANSWORLD had to open their big mouth claiming it was they who changed the date and not us, but dearest Clarry soon squared that with the Daily Mail one of our strongest supporters and clarified it was indeed us who felt it only fair not to hog prince William and Kates special day.  You know, as Gerry said 'Kate, the British public would only get confused having two Kates in one day...a bit like having your ' Kate' and eating it.

I have decided to use the money from the SUN wisely, they will pay for breast implants so when the time comes to make the movie MADELEINE I will receive more sympathy and understanding.

HOAX: This 'rubbish' from Gamble as voting for the new Goverment was taking place...hope beyond hope that Teresa May would fall into their arms... However, Gamble is back ,so who knows whats cooking.....

The News of the World article

BRITISH police are to launch a new probe into missing Madeleine McCann after massive failures were found in the Portuguese investigation. Our top child protection cop Jim Gamble has completed a fresh look at the three-year-old investigation for the Home Office.

He told ministers there were huge holes in the original inquiry that need to be revisited if they want to ‘come close’ to reaching UK standards. It will come as a bitter pill for Portuguese investigators who have fended off criticism since Maddie disappeared in 2007.

But parents Kate and Gerry McCann, both 41 and both doctors, are ‘delighted’ at the move.
Failures in the original investigation are said to be ‘so gaping’ that British authorities feel it is their duty to look at it again. This time police will review all the leads using technology and standards expected in a homicide or kidnap case in the UK.

Mr Gamble, head of the Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre, found a basic failure to collate information and join up links that should have been made.

Telephone records were not properly analysed, missing early opportunities for leads.

And Kate and Gerry McCann were named as ‘arguidos’, or formal suspects, by Portuguese police – something that the review says would not have happened if the probe had been carried out in the UK.
Mr Gamble found no evidence sufficient to make them suspects. His findings have now been formally submitted to the Home Office with recommendations to re-investigate.

The damning review has now set the Association of Chief Police Officers the difficult task of trying to decide who takes on the mammoth task. It is already predicted to be ‘an extremely costly’ investigation that, even if done properly, will probably never be solved.

A source said: “It is something that has to be reviewed. It is only right that the McCanns are given the satisfaction that everything that could be done has been done. It now comes down to who is up to the job”.

The Home Secretary Alan Johnson is expected to announce that the new probe will NOT be carried out by Leicestershire police, the McCanns’ local force. The review has highlighted failures within their handling of the case and ruled them out of the review.

Instead ACPO are now asking around their top cops to see who could take on the very difficult and complex investigation.

The source added: “It will be extremely costly and sadly is unlikely to result in a positive outcome. As much as we would all like this to end with good news for the McCanns, the fact is there have been a lot of missed opportunities and no-one will ever be able to reclaim the time and evidence lost”.

Two thousand pages of evidence released earlier claimed Portuguese detectives failed to follow up leads. Home Secretary Alan Johnson ordered officials to examine the ‘feasibility’ of British detectives having a fresh look at all the evidence back in March.

Kate and Gerry McCann, of Rothley, met Mr Johnson to plead for help in their search for their daughter who vanished aged three from a holiday apartment in Praia da Luz, Portugal.

Child abduction alerts relaunched

25th May, 2010

Police have unveiled a revamped nationwide alert system aimed at enlisting the public to help rescue abducted children.

The new network, comparable to the amber alert system in the United States, will be compatible with other European countries for the first time. As a result a continent-wide alert could be issued in circumstances where youngsters may be taken across national borders.
Kate and Gerry McCann help launch a new nationwide alert system for abducted children
Kate and Gerry McCann have campaigned for such a system to be introduced since their daughter Madeleine disappeared in Portugal in May 2007. Mrs McCann will join other relatives of missing children to mark the launch in central London, International Missing Children's Day (IMCD).

Chief Constable Peter Neyroud, head of the National Police Improvement Agency (NPIA), said the actions of police immediately after a disappearance are "vital".

He said: "Through Child Rescue Alert the community is able to form a strong alliance to help in the hunt for child abductors when an alert is activated. It is fitting that the NPIA should relaunch (the) alert on International Missing Children's Day, which forms a poignant reminder of the sense of devastation caused to the parents and families of children who go missing."
Officials have been working behind the scenes for months to iron out bureaucratic hurdles to broadcasting sensitive information. They emphasised how the first hours after an abduction are crucial and that an alert would spread information more quickly.

Although some 100,000 children are reported missing to police each year, senior officers expect the national alert to be used extremely rarely.

The upgraded child rescue alert system will use new computer software to handle a deluge of calls from members of the public.

Regional and national television and radio stations will broadcast messages, in some cases interrupting scheduled programmes. Organisers hope to eventually use internet and text messaging as well as motorway information signs.

The system is being co-ordinated by the NPIA and any national abduction alert will be led by Greater Manchester Police.

Work on the improved system began after the NPIA won a share of one million euros (£886,000) from the European Commission alongside France, Holland and Belgium. Portugal, Spain and the Czech Republic have already introduced their versions of alerts that link with the European network.

This year, IMCD is highlighting the cases of six missing children: Sigourney Teresa Chisholm, Andrew Thompson, Telvin Timba, Shawn Timba, Sami Odeh and Rami Odeh.

Madeleine McCann: An Exclusive Warning

mccann brussels Madeleine McCann: An Exclusive WarningMADDIE WATCH – Anorak’s at-a-glance guide to press coverage of Madeleine McCann
AFTER months of the McCanns story is the media growing cynical?
This the headline in today’s Mirror:
McCanns’ new Euro MPs plea – EXCLUSIVE WARNING
Look out – here they come…
Kate and Gerry McCann will go back to the European Parliament next week in a last-ditch effort to persuade MEPs to back their missing child alert system.
The couple visited Strasbourg in April and begged for support for a scheme that would automatically alert police in all EU states as soon as a child goes missing.
But only a quarter of MEPs have signed up so far – and they need at least half of the Parliament’s 785 members if it is to become law.
And they need the signatures by the end of the month.
The McCann’s spokesman Clarence Mitchell said: “We remain confident we will get them. It’s normal for MEPs to wait until the last minute to.”
As they don’t say in Ireland: “Let’s hear it for the EU”…

McCanns help launch new missing persons website

Last updated at 17:28 10 August 2007

Harnessing the massive popularity of video-sharing website YouTube will help other families of missing children, the parents of Madeleine McCann announced.

Ninety-nine days after their four-year-old daughter was abducted while on holiday in Portugal, Kate and Gerry McCann announced the launch of a new section on the internet site.

Called Don't You Forget About Me, the YouTube channel will be devoted to helping to find missing youngsters like Madeleine.

Watch the latest Madeleine appeal video here

It will feature videos of the children with the aim of raising public awareness about their disappearance.

A video featuring a series of photographs of Madeleine McCann has been posted on the new website set to the soundtrack of Simple Mind's 1980s hit 'Don't You (Forget About Me)'.

McCann Still missing: Little Madeleine vanished in May
Sixteen other appeal videos have been uploaded on the site with other missing children from around the world as well as a message from First Lady Laura Bush and David Beckham's Madeleine appeal.

The McCanns said they hoped it would find a different audience among the millions of young people worldwide who log on to the YouTube every day.

Mrs McCann said: "With Madeleine's abduction, we have been concerned about her crossing borders, and the internet reaches the whole world.

"We have had so much goodwill and support from everyone, we wanted to give something tangible back to help others."
Her husband added that it was a "really exciting innovation".
He told the BBC: "The idea is that it's using new media in a way that a younger generation really understand, putting music to pictures, and giving a completely new angle to missing children.

"We've always said we wanted to channel all this good feeling into something that will benefit other people."

The new site will be managed and policed by the International Centre for Missing and Exploited Children in Washington DC.

There are already 229 videos connected to the campaign to find Madeleine on YouTube, one of which alone has been visited 50,000 times.

Madeleine's father quizzed over decision to leave her on her own

By JULIE MOULT
Last updated at 10:56 25 July 2007

The father of missing Madeleine McCann was yesterday forced to defend his decision to leave his daughter alone on the night she was snatched.

Gerry McCann was grilled by American TV networks about why he and his wife Kate did not hire a babysitter to watch their three children as they dined with friends.

Gerry, 39, is in the States on a fact-finding mission to see how they deal with the issue of child abduction and exploitation - as well as publicise Madeleine's case.

Gerry McCann has appeared on US daytime TV programme Good Morning America as part of his search for Madeleine
Madeliene was abducted 83 days ago as she slept in her bed at the Ocean Club resort in Praia da Luz, Portugal. Yesterday her father conducted a string of TV interviews with ABC, CNN and CBS.

Speaking on ABC's Good Morning America, the heart consultant said: "We were dining 50 yards away and we could see the apartment from where we were. It's like we were sat in our back garden, all be it at the end of our garden.

"The kids were sound asleep and they were being checked regularly. We didn't think we needed a babysitter. "We are good parents and what we did felt perfectly reasonable at the time.

"Hindsight is an incredible thing. Clearly we couldn't have predicted what was to happen."

He was also quizzed about the possibility he and GP Kate, also 39, could be prosecuted for leaving Madeleine and two year old twins Sean and Amelie alone in the apartment that night.

He told CNN: "We have been assured by the authorities that what we did fell well within the boundaries of good parenting.

"Madeleine was targeted by a predator and we shouldn't have to be worrying about people getting into our homes and gardens and playgrounds. That is the real criminal act here."

Gerry visited the White House on Tuesday to meet with senior staff of First Lady Laura Bush.

madeleine Madeleine McCann has been missing since May 3
Mrs Bush has taken a personal interest in Madeleine's case but was unable to meet Gerry because of prior commitments.

Gerry has already met US Attorney General Alberto Gonzales in Washington to discuss efforts to tackle child abduction.

He also met experts from the National and International Centres for Missing and Exploited Children.

He said: "Obviously my focus just now is on trying to get our daughter back. That's the key thing.

"But I think there is a lot of goodwill out there at the minute, that we might be able to leave something tangible for all children, and I think most people agree that these sorts of crimes should not happen and the perpetrators have to be pursued wherever these crimes are performed."

Mr McCann is on four-day fact-finding visit to the US to find out about America's "more advanced systems" to track down missing children.

"She knows very much that we love her and we won't stop searching for her."

Gerry McCann has taken his search for Madeleine from US daytime TV all the way to the White House.

He is said to be convinced that the high-profile campaign to find his daughter Madeleine could also help other missing children

Madeleine McCann has been missing since May 3.

The National and International Centres for Missing and Exploited Children were established in 1984 and 1998 respectively after six-year-old Adam Walsh was murdered after being snatched from a department store in Florida in 1981.

The case led to a major review of child abduction cases in the US and legislation passed last year - the Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act - was named in his honour.

The Act significantly strengthens America's nationwide sex offender registration system and introduces harsher penalties for child sex offenders.

What are the McCanns searching for? it certainly is not Madeleine because Maddie is dead. Are they looking for a child, any child with the same defect that Madeleine had in her right eye ?

http://steelmagnolia-steelmagnolia.blogspot.com/2010/10/significance-of-coloboma.html

The parents, both doctors have never used the medical term for Maddies eye defect COLOBOMA...cloboma even in a healthy child must be monitored until the child reaches the age of seven ...the reason, to search for hidden illnesses. I was stunned to hear Kate McCann when asked about her daughters eye to now say 'Oh it is just a fleck ,you would hardly notice it'...Gerry followed 'she will be wearing contacts by now'   (I am searching for the  video..if anyone wishes to help it was the day Jim Gamble CEOP released a video Madeleine with dark /light ,skin looking about twelve years old) the McCanns did a tour of TV sofas and one of these programmes have the comment, possibly GMTV) .....the search may not be possible to find a child with Maddies exact eye...so a child with a fleck will do just as well....

http://www.facebook.com/pages/Coloboma-Moms/223824470223

IMAGES of children with Coloboma

There is even a FACEBOOK asking for all mothers to come forward who have a child with Coloboma... and as you can see there are a host of illnesses that come with coloboma...BUT the McCanns have not once spoken about her eye to the 'fantom abductor' they have not even pretended to show concern for her and the eye which may need treatment....surely this would have been a good 'ploy' to show they at least cared for their daughter...maybe this is why medical records were denied...if at a later date a child who claims to have found their 'true mother' via the internet /such has happened this week)will not have a medical history, well not Madeleines certainly.

McCann : Priest didn’t want “circus” in his church

Gerry McCann
Gerry McCann
Film crew prevented from entering the temple in Praia da Luz

Father Pacheco, who once gave the church keys to the McCanns, affixed posters at the door with the words “no cameras allowed”

Father Pacheco, who is responsible for the little church of Praia da Luz, refused for the filming of the new McCann documentary to be carried out inside the church, and even journalists were invited not to enter the place. Posters in Portuguese and in English were even placed at the entrance, forbidding the access of cameras.

According to a source that is close to the priest, Father Pacheco, who was vastly criticised in 2007 for giving the church key to the McCanns, this time didn’t want the “circus” that was created by the presence of Maddie’s father to affect the religious ceremonies of Palm Sunday, and even feared the reaction of the people.

Warned about the priest’s refusal, Gerry McCann ended up going to the church alone, yesterday morning. Madeleine’s father entered the church at 8 a.m., an hour earlier than scheduled.

Clarence Mitchell had informed the journalists that Maddie’s father would go to church at around 9 a.m., and asked journalists not to be on location: neither Gerry respected his spokesman’s schedule nor journalists failed to be on location.

Contrary to what happened during the months that followed Madeleine’s disappearance, when the McCanns were warmly welcome in the church by the public, this time Gerry McCann was ignored by the vast majority of residents, with only a few comments of revolt being heard upon exit from the religious service.
Little girl threw a “tantrum” during filming

The false ‘Maddie’ from the new McCann documentary didn’t make the production’s work easy, and on Saturday night refused to cooperate in the filming despite the insistence of her mother and of the other actors.

The little four-year-old girl, who is the daughter of Kate and Gerry McCann’s friends, ended the night of Saturday crying and fighting in her mother’s arms.

Wearing socks and a pyjama that was identical to the one that Madeleine allegedly wore on the night of the disappearance, the little girl, who somewhat resembles the true Maddie, was always in the company of her mother and of the wife of the Anglican priest of Praia da Luz, but not this made it possible for the filming to be concluded, and everything was postponed to yesterday evening, away from the disapproving looks from members of the public who were present on location.

It was at around 11.45 p.m. on Saturday evening that Kate and Gerry McCann’s spokesman ended up apologising to the journalists, saying that it would be impossible to photograph or film the child that evening.

Can you see that… It’s so cold and the child is standing there wearing socks”, a member of the public protested incredulously, adding that “it had to be English people to do something like that.”
Truck greeted with insults
The last outdoor
The last outdoor
It was with insults and whistles that the local population greeted the only truck that circulates in the area of Praia da Luz with an outdoor where the photograph of Madeleine McCann can be seen with the key words of the little campaign that the couple has launched: “Don’t give up on me!”

The driver himself, with a thick Northern accent, explained to 24horas that he has been circulating in the area “because work has to be done”, but that when he needs to park, he “feels safer near the journalists and the GNR that is present on location”.

The truck, which was always present near the filming location, is one of the few pieces of the campaign that can still be found in Praia da Luz, given the fact that almost all the posters have been ripped off and even the outdoor that is located at the village’s entrance is only partially visible after unknown persons covered it with white paint.

According to a representative of the company, “dreamMedia publicidade” from Vila Nova de Gaia, the truck arrived in the Algarve on the 29th of March and will remain there until Tuesday, the day when the campaign ends.
Surprised about the bad reception
Kate and Gerry McCann, like their 7 English friends, didn’t come to participate in the reconstitution that the Polícia Judiciária had requested earlier “because that was only for police work” and didn’t help the search for Madeleine at all.

For the couple’s spokesman, only a documentary on television can make people see what happened that night.

To 24horas, Clarence Mitchell, Kate and Gerry McCann’s spokesman, lamented the upset that the filming may have caused to the inhabitants and the tourism in Praia da Luz and confessed that he was surprised about the reactions that he could observe, but stated again that “it is necessary for people to understand that the new leads that were revealed by the ongoing private investigation in the area have to be complemented with this documentary.”

“We have already apologised over the disturbance that we have caused to the people of Praia da Luz but you must understand that Maddie’s parents see this documentary as necessary to continue the investigations into their daughter’s whereabouts”, the McCanns’ spokesman said, stressing once more that “there is no evidence that Maddie is dead”, despite recognising that “according to logics” many people may think the contrary.
An American was hired to play Kate McCann
Lisa Donovan, the "fake" Kate McCann
Lisa Donovan, the "fake" Kate McCann
The actress that came to Portugal to play the role of Kate McCann is Lisa Donovan, an American, aged 40, who was chosen due to her vague physical resemblance with Madeleine’s mother.

Chosen during a casting in England, Lisa didn’t even have the opportunity to talk to or to meet Kate to prepare her role, but said that she is very nervous and emotional about entering the bedroom where Maddie was supposedly abducted from. ‘Supposedly’ because, as the actress confesses, it’s not her “who can say” what actually happened to the little girl.

During her only contact with the media, always under Clarence Mitchell’s vigilant look, the actress, who was born in Philadelphia, in the United States, came to Portugal for the first time but confessed that she was delighted about our country and the marvellous climate that she encountered in Praia da Luz.

Just like had already been the case with the other actors – a total of 15 – the McCanns’ spokesman, Clarence Mitchell, followed attentively everything that Lisa told the journalists. All the actors, who are paid by Mentorn Media, were forced to sign a confidentiality contract that prevents them, even after the filming is concluded, from revealing what happened away from the eyes of the media professionals.

Without revealing what steps she walked during the reconstitution, the American actress simply followed instructions from Merntorn Media’s production team and Gerry McCann’s advices, after visiting several times all the locations that the couple said it had frequented during their stay in Praia da Luz. “I just learned about the area, the locations and what I had to do”, Lisa said, shrugging her shoulders at any question that might reveal the contents of the script that was used for the filming.
Negotiations to be broadcast by SIC
The two private investigators who followed all of the filming will remain in Portugal and expect the broadcasting of the documentary, which included “new leads” that were obtained through witness statements that were collected in Praia da Luz, to help to find Madeleine’s trail.

According to Clarence Mitchell, “leads that were discarded by the Polícia Judiciária” are still being followed by the investigators.

The communication and public relations expert confirmed that the actors and everything that relates to the filming was being paid by Mentorn Media, the company that is producing the documentary that Channel Four will broadcast in England on the 7th of May.
“In Portugal, the documentary may equally be broadcast on the 7th of May, a few hours after Channel Four does it”, Clarence said, adding that “everything depends on the final agreement with SIC”.

Madelines 'Rescue'...who knows where this could lead. We already have Maddies store, maybe the McCanns will have 'friends of Madeleine'....the mind boggles, as the deadly duo are capable of anything and everything...

So begins Ludwig Bemelmans's beloved children's story, Madeline. First published in 1939, Madeline and all five of its sequels have become classics, spawning toys, games, dolls, and even a motion picture.

The original Madeline was named a Caldecott Honor Book, and the first of its sequels, Madeline's Rescue received a Caldecott Medal.

What is it about this character that has endeared her to readers for more than 60 years? The answer is—attitude.

Madeline has been described as charmingly impetuous, irrepressible, mischievous, and precocious.

She may have been the smallest of the 12 little girls in two straight lines, but she certainly was the feistiest.

Wearing their flat sailor hats and identical coats, Madeline's unnamed classmates all look alike except for their hair.

But Madeline stands out, not because of the way she looks, but because unlike the other girls, she is utterly fearless.

When she boldly tells the tiger in the zoo, "Pooh-pooh," you wonder if what she is really saying is, "I'm not afraid of you or anything else in this world!"

No doubt about it. Madeline is a gutsy little girl, and that's what makes her such a unique role model in a time when storybook princesses defined femininity for girls.

Madeline gave young girls a reason to explore who they were as individuals, even if that meant being a tad disobedient. She gave girls the courage to speak their mind and showed them that there was nothing unfeminine about being smart and strong.

Madeline inherited her spunky personality from her creator, Ludwig Bemelmans.

Like Madeline, Bemelmans was a free spirit and a man of strong opinions. His list of creative talents was considerable—a novelist, muralist, nonfiction writer, screenwriter, and oil painter.

He was a regular contributor to The New Yorker, Vogue, Holiday, and Town & Country magazines. He painted murals in a bar named for him at the Carlyle Hotel and sold a screenplay to MGM. Austrian-born Bemelmans lived in New York and surrounded himself with a rich variety of people, places, and personalities. At one point, he planned to collaborate on a book with then First Lady, Jacqueline Kennedy.

Bemelmans always considered himself more an artist-illustrator than a writer, and later in life he became a serious painter. His work is on display in the Metropolitan Museum in New York and the Museé National d'Art of Paris. That isn't to say he did not take his writing seriously, for he was careful never to insult his young audience. "We are writing for children, but not for idiots," he once stated.

A dashing nonconformist with a footloose lifestyle, Bemelmans took Madeline's readers on whirlwind adventures in Paris, London, and the French countryside. No wonder that Madeline has become a worldwide phenomenon. "And that's all there is -- there isn't any more."
