Parents of Kiesha Abrahams refused bail on murder charges
Charged with their daughter's murder, the parents of Kiesha Abrahams will remain in custody while police make their case against them.
Kiesha's mother Kristi Abrahams appeared in Penrith Court today charged with her daughter's murder wearing prison-issue greens via audiovisual link.
She sat with her face in her hands and did not speak or move as her solicitor told magistrate David Day that she would not apply for bail.
Ms Abraham's co-accused Robert Smith, Kiesha's stepfather, did not appear on screen.

The McCanns: Famous for all the wrong reasons, child neglectors.....
......who, instead of searching for their daughter they' claim' was abducted by a paedophile ,spent the evening of May 3rd, telephoning friends in England and Scotland to lie about a smashed and broken shutter. The McCanns, are ready to do a 'celebrity' tour in the hope of selling their book ' an account of the truth'... ,why only an account and not the truth ?
Before the launch , I would like to place a few links as to why I do not believe in 'their' abduction. I believe Madeleine died in the holiday apartment and the parents along with their friends covered it up. Many people do not know the full story and believe the Portuguese police were inept, this could not be further from the truth. Dr.Goncalo Amaral has been vilified by the McCanns and they have lost three court cases trying to shut him up, they now have to not only pay their expenses but the courts and Dr.Amarals...this is where the gullible British public come in. The McCanns need money to pay costs they have incurred by trying to keep the truth from being told, the book is merely a pre-text to hide behind and claim the sales will go to pay their PI's.
The Portuguese police did not shelve the case without giving the Mccanns some time to think about what this would mean, they had a timespan (by law)..the McCanns let this day pass and the case was shelved, weeks later they went public thinking no one knew of this law, once again told a blatant lie ,that no one was searching for their child.
Madeleines mother refused to answer 48 questions. Madeleines parents along with their friends refused to return to Portugal for a reconstruction of the nights events.
The McCanns have been very clever, they very quickly made themselves directors of the 'Fund' which is not, as many believe, a charity but a private company and the money is theirs to do with as they please.
I believe Obama is a fraud and has been placed in the position of President for a purpose, that purpose as yet unknown.
The McCanns, are also frauds ,in fact they are running the largest missing persons fraud the world has ever seen.
Paulo Rebelo took over from Dr.Amaral after the McCanns were made arguidos (suspects) you will remember the minute the parents came under suspicion they fled Portugal and hired the most expensive extradition lawyer money can buy. When questioned, the new leading officer Paulo Rebelo said the investigation was still pointing in the right direction...

When you think they can sink no lower there is always someone waiting in the wings of rotten woodwork..... The 'bicho' of the week goes to 'Desperate Dan' two articles in as many days. Danno likes to remind us of his book of fiction, the copy and paste from the tabloids 'Vanished'.....Danno goes on to say
'The rest of us are left with only logic and intelligent investigative deduction – and that’s my job.’...No Danno your job is to write fiction let the police investigate.
Is Madeleine alive? Logic says yes .....No Danno ,logic says no.
The answers to some of the questions were answered in an on-site investigation carried out by investigative journalist Danny Collins’ ....Danno could not investigate himself out of a paper bag.
Danny Collins, who spoke to scores of witnesses in Praia da Luz, doesn’t share DCI Amaral’s conclusion.....and who is this little shit ? I had never heard of him before this book he likes to remind us of several years later.
Collins’s book became a bestseller in Europe, the USA, and Australasia and here’s your chance to own a signed copy.
Three lucky readers of RTN will have a chance to decide for themselves in our Madeleine Competition. AND that one line says it all , Madeleine now used like a game of Bingo...all eyes down for a full house.
Danny Collins you can take your book and place it along with your signature to where the sun don't shine.

the search goes on?
FOUR YEARS ago this coming Monday, on 3rd May 2007, Madeleine McCann disappeared from apartment 5A at the Ocean Club Complex in Praia da Luz on the Portuguese Algarve. Many mysteries surround the disappearance even to this day. The answers to some of the questions were answered in an on-site investigation carried out by investigative journalist Danny Collins’ and published in his book ‘Vanished – The Truth About the Disappearance of Madeleine McCann’, published by John Blake in 2008.
Author Collins stresses that the shout line on the title which follows the hyphen, is the publisher’s choice and not his; for as he says, ‘those who know the truth of what occurred that night aren’t talking. The rest of us are left with only logic and intelligent investigative deduction – and that’s my job.’
Is Madeleine alive? Logic says yes but four years have passed since that fateful night. This month Kate McCann will tell her story in book form, and detective chief inspector Gonçalo Amaral, who originally led the investigation, has told his in the Spanish translation of La Verdad de la Mentira (see this week’s Book Review). The scheduled English translation was blocked in court by the McCann’s lawyers but the ban has now been lifted. For those who can handle the Spanish language it’s recommended reading, although Danny Collins, who spoke to scores of witnesses in Praia da Luz, doesn’t share DCI Amaral’s conclusion.
Collins’s book became a bestseller in Europe, the USA, and Australasia and here’s your chance to own a signed copy.

'Maddies jammies' Dr.Martin cuts to the chase. Whatever clothes Madeleine was wearing when she died, it was not her 'jammies'.. in fact the whole bedtime scenario is pure fabrication.

DORMANT ISSUES
Like the first of the Tudors discussing the last of the Plantagenets, the McCann's spokesman, Clarence Mitchell, described the content of the Wikileaks revelations late last year as "a completely historical note." (Meanwhile artists and authors busily adjust their images of the deposed accordingly). A publisher favouring the use of footnotes might well find an account of the McCann case incorporated pages with as much commentary beneath the main text as within it, there being so many 'historical notes' of relevance, if not significance. Dangerous as a magician's chain of regurgitated razor blades, they are inevitably linked.
Take, for example, the historical documentary Madeleine Was Here. Supporting actor Dave Edgar is given the line: "It's like I said, there are, you know, inconsistencies, you know, in every major investigation." Whilst it may not be Shakespearean in eloquence, it is dramatic in implication. Whereas Kate McCann opens said documentary with "I just noticed that the door, the bedroom door where the three children were sleeping, was open much further than we'd left it," husband Gerry brings up the rear with "So, I actually came in and Madeleine was just at the top of the bed here, where I'd left her..."
A minor variation perhaps. A two-part invention possibly. There are a good many others in the volume.
It would be repetitious to discuss in any detail here the parents' conflicting early accounts of their own use of door keys, which can only be interpreted as suggesting that they were incapable, within 24hrs., of recalling whether they had last entered their holiday accommodation by the front door or the back. Togetherness was clearly not their strong suit.
Kate said in her (6.9.07) statement to the Portuguese police that on the Thursday, during breakfast, Madeleine said to both of them that she had been crying and that nobody had come to her room.
Gerry had previously told police (10.5.07) that when they were having breakfast, Madeleine addressed her mother and asked her "Why didn't you come last night when Sean and I were crying?"
Another slightly different story told slightly differently. Perhaps Gerry wasn't giving Madeleine his full attention at the time she made that 'passing remark' to her mother/her parents about what she/she and her brother had been doing.
There are 'inconsistencies' in this major investigation certainly, and whilst some test our belief to the limit others go beyond it.
So Kate continues (6.9.07) with: 'They also kissed Madeleine, who was already lying down. She was under the covers, she thinks, because it was a bit cold. She normally clutched the soft toy and if she wasn't holding it then it was next to her, on the left. She remained lying down on her left side, with the soft toy and a pink blanket, which she thinks was covering her.'
Kate's role in the production of the aforesaid documentary appears to have been in 'casting' (we see her in the process of liaising with Jane Tanner by 'phone over her forthcoming contribution). What a pity for the McCanns it wasn't in 'continuity.' Had it been we might not have had the benefit of Gerry's indelible piece to camera:
"So, I actually came in and Madeleine was just at the top of the bed here, where I'd left her lying and the covers were folded down and she had her cuddle cat and blanket, were just by her head."
So Madeleine was not under the covers after all, and her covers did not include the pink blanket either. How, therefore, did she arrive at this indeterminate state?
KM (6.9.07): 'After Gerry arrived the children went to brush their teeth and she then read them another story, this time all four of them sitting on Madeleine's bed. She thinks that Gerry entered the room, but does not recall him sitting on the bed. During the story Madeleine was lying on the pillow, but alert and paying attention to the story. Afterwards both twins kissed Madeleine, she thinks that Gerry was in the room, and each one of them, the deponent and Gerry, placed a twin in its cot at the same time, between Madeleine's bed and the bed under the window. They also kissed Madeleine, who was already lying down.'
You'd suppose, wouldn't you, that a mother would recollect whether she handled one or two of her infants on this particular occasion, and that, since the parents each put one down for the night, Gerry would have done so from within the bedroom, whether he had previously been sitting on the bed or not; although Gerry says he had been.
GM (10.5.07): 'At around 19H00, he made his way to the apartment, finding Kate and the children playing on the sofa. About 10 to 15 minutes later, they took the children to the bedroom and they all sat on Madeleine's bed to read a story.'
Gerry has indicated that he wasn't listening at times. Kate goes one better and gives the impression she wasn't even there.
Kate, again, on 6.9.07: 'They talked while they drank, until they left for the Tapas restaurant at around 8.30-8.35 p.m. Before leaving they checked on the children, she doesn't know who; however Gerry says it was him. She only knows the children were quiet. She doesn't know if they were in their same positions. She says she is sure that they were asleep, because Gerry told her so and all was quiet.'
If you don't know 'who' then you don't really know 'whether' either. That someone should tell you something offers grounds for assumption but doesn't evidence the fact (Believe half of what you hear, etc.). Being 'sure that they were asleep' requires a little more than 'Gerry told her so' before it can be regarded with certainty. And the basis of Gerry's confirmation was?
GM statement (4.5.07): 'At 20H35, they left the apartment towards the "Tapas." Before they left, and because the children's bedroom door was ajar as always, he opened it a little more, listening from the outside and, as there was complete silence, he did not even enter, returning the door to its previous position, with a space of about 10cm.'
It must have been Gerry who 'checked on the children' after all - Matthew Oldfield style. Matthew Oldfield, it should be remembered, is that individual with remarkable night vision, able to see in the dark and, from a distance of some ten feet plus, determine that an infant is in its cot (the opaque end nearest), and is breathing. There were three children breathing in the room that night, so we are told, all in complete silence.
Pursuing the subject of sleep, how many pairs of pyjamas might three small children need for a week's holiday, in a setting where laundry facilities are to hand and anything washed in the morning will be dry by the afternoon? Three (i.e., one pair each)? Six (two pairs each)? More? Madeleine alone had three pairs apparently.
We have long known of the pink Disney outfit Madeleine was wearing when she was taken from the apartment. Kate's washing of the top after breakfast that Thursday illustrates just how little time it took to dry. We know also that the McCanns had a duplicate set (for Amelie) with them in PdL. They were shown to UK viewers of 'Crimewatch' before being taken on a tour of the European capitals at the end of May/beginning of June. We have also been told, by Olga Craig, writing for the Sunday Telegraph (27.5.2007), that when the McCanns moved to an apartment near to the one from which Madeleine was taken they "unpacked their missing daughter's clothes...laying out her pyjamas on what would have been her bed."
Self-evidently these pyjamas were not being worn by Madeleine at the time of her disappearance. They couldn't have been or they wouldn't have come back. Equally self-evidently, for something to be unpacked it must first be packed. These pyjamas (that's two pairs so far) obviously travelled in the luggage and, since they awaited Madeleine's return, they would have been clean (would anyone welcome their lost child home with dirty pyjamas?) Hence these pyjamas were neither the recently washed pair since departed with Madeleine, nor the unwashed pair thrown hurriedly into the back of the Renault Scenic hire car at the time the McCanns moved house.
The Daily Mirror (19.9.2007) had the following comment to make: 'It is believed the entire Portuguese case rests on DNA evidence from body fluids which allegedly suggests that Madeleine's corpse was carried in the boot of the McCanns' hired Renault Scenic.
'But the McCanns say the fluids probably came from Madeleine's unwashed pyjamas and sandals which were carried in the boot when the family was moving apartments.'
To have been somehow soiled with Madeleine's DNA these unwashed pyjamas must have been worn earlier in the week. They could not have been worn by Madeleine after May 3, the day when Kate McCann saw fit to wash the pink pyjama top on account of an overlooked tea stain, whilst Madeleine's previously worn and unwashed pair remained - unwashed.
So far that's three pairs of pyjamas for Madeleine and one each, at least, for the twins (who have equal needs), making five pairs in all. Might that be seven? It might if one takes into account the fact that Amelie was denied the use of her Disney pyjamas all the while they were touring Europe. She must have had at least one spare set herself. If so then so too did Sean. Unless of course they were each dressed, once again, in 'Maddie's jammies.'

April 29, 2011 - 11:50AM
The mother of Kiesha Abrahams has made a brief appearance in a Sydney court, days after being charged with the murder of her six-year-old daughter.
Kristi Anne Abrahams, 27, appeared today via audio visual link at Penrith Local Court, where the supporters of the dead child had gathered outside.
Abrahams' co-accused, Kiesha's stepfather Robert Smith, 31, did not appear and his legal aid lawyer Chris Brown said he was not required on screen.
Abrahams, wearing a green prison jumper and her hair tied back in a ponytail, waved at her lawyer, Andrew Tiedt, and held her left hand to her mouth throughout the hearing.
He (the Magistrate) adjourned their matter to June 24 at the same court, with a brief to be served by June 10.
Outside the court, Mr Tiedt said Abrahams was finding it very hard and was distraught.

Danny Collins: Danny manages to stay on the good side of the McCanns....
....... while readily admitting that he himself does not believe their daughter was abducted from her bed. Walking a fine line Danny also touches on the Gaspar statement without a sniff of libeling himself... he does not agree with the 'ludicrous' ideas of GA, however he does suggest you read his book. I think thats all anyone has ever asked for Danny, both sides of the argument.
Danny, it must be said helps to support the fraudulent fund with sales from his book, more fool him. Danny's suggestion that Madeleine was sold to gypsies, a pretty 'ludicrous' idea but then Danny writes fiction as 'Vanished' bears witness.
Danny also stuck in the 'groove' of GA , coming to the conclusion of Madeleines death all by himself when it was in fact a team effort by British and Portuguese police officers .
Danny also omits a crucial part in his 'review' the fact that Paulo Rebelo when he took over the case said the Investigation still points in the right direction....meaning the McCanns remained the prime suspects in the disappearance of their daughter.
-------------------------------
La Verdad De La Mentira
DETECTIVE CHIEF Inspector Gonçalo Amaral is the policeman who led the search for Madeleine McCann, if in fact the poor mite was ever really searched for on that night of 3rd May 2007. Despite the child being left in an unlocked apartment with her two younger siblings, out of view of her parents who were dining more than a hundred metres away, her parents insisted she had been abducted.
In my own book, Vanished – The Truth About the Disappearance of Madeleine McCann (John Blake 2008), I voice my suspicions that the McCann’s put forward the abduction theory because they feared a police prosecution for the abandonment of a minor. DCI Amaral agrees but far from believing my conclusions that Madeleine wandered out of the unlocked apartment of her own volition and was carried off by Romanian gipsies to be sold for begging, Amaral believes she died an accidental death in the apartment and her death was covered up by her parents.
I find that hard to believe and Amaral’s attempts to convince us of his conclusions strike me as a cynical assumption based on an immense dislike for the McCanns and for the misguided attempts by them and members of their holiday group to mislead the investigation regarding how the group’s children were left and checked on. However, one can’t deny the police inspector and his team unearthed some startling facts, including that about a member of the group that could be contrived as playing a sinister part in Madeleine’s disappearance. Clearly DCI Amaral, who retired in order to write the book, has a policeman’s nose that twitches at every scent, even putting forward the ludicrous assertion that the McCann’s used a hire car, rented 23 days after Madeleine’s disappearance, to remove her body to a place of clandestine burial.

However, other than a few similarly bizarre assertions that seem to deliberately overlook established fact – for example, Amaral insists that cadaver dogs have been successful in 200 cases without mentioning that given the scientifically declared success rate is between 66 and 69%, it must mean they have proved unsuccessful in a further 100. This is, of course, a policeman’s logic and not mine but his conviction is unshakeable that Madeleine died in apartment 5A on 3rd May 2007. For myself I believe that every fact must be considered before a conclusion is reached and for that reason I recommend it to RTN readers who can handle Spanish. The book was banned from sale by the Portuguese Court following a plea by the McCann’s lawyers in September 2009 but was lifted following a successful appeal by Amaral on 19th October 2010.

Kiesha Abrahams and Madeleine McCann: Kieshas body removed from her home in a suitcase and Madeleine's body removed from the apartment in the missing blue tennis bag.

Police want to trace a tennis bag allegedly taken from Kate and Gerry McCann’s apartment on the night Madeleine went missing, it was claimed yesterday.
Detectives think the blue holdall could have been used to carry Madeleine away, or even to transport her body.
It belonged to Mr McCann but has not been seen since the night of May 3, according to the Sky News documentary.
Tony Rogers, who reviews unsolved cases for British police and worked on the Soham investigation, said: “If it’s a bag of a size that could be used to take a child away from the flat, that would be of great interest to the investigating officer.”
But Mr McCann told friends yesterday that he did not take any tennis equipment to Praia da Luz, and did not own a blue tennis bag.
SKYS: Martin Brunt and the missing blue tennis bag.

Kiesha Abrahams: Dad vows dignity for little Kiesha
THE mourners will wear purple, the music will be songs from Hannah Montana, and little Kiesha Abrahams will finally get a dignified burial.
The father and grandmother of the murdered schoolgirl on Tuesday said they were determined to give Kiesha a farewell befitting the "princess" she was to everyone who knew and loved her.
Chris Weippeart and his mother Liz vowed to overcome the horrible circumstances of her death by giving her a funeral filled with love and colour.
The pair said they would lay Kiesha to rest with the dignity and respect she was robbed of for the nine months she lay in a shallow bush grave.
Her family also hoped to bury her alongside her older brother Ayden, who died in 2003 when he was just a few weeks old.
Police have however told Mr Weippeart they would not be reopening files from Ayden's death, which a coroner ruled was caused by sudden infant death syndrome.
The final sentence contradicts what was being said earlier about reopening the inquiry into the brother's cot death.

Gerry McCann : Spying for lying....
When answering he is not looking directly at the interviewer and actually turns his head away, but notice the eye dart to the interviewer- people will do this to check how their lies are being accepted. When lying we need to gauge if we need to be more on guard, or if confrontation is likely, or if we are getting away with the lie...
Then he touches his ear. I have seen this many times when someone is saying something -or hearing something- they do not like to hear. He doesn't like hearing his answer.

This brings me to Kiesha Abrahams, Alison Anderson it would appear did not know the truth , she stood by her friends even when she herself became under suspicion. However, Alison now knows the truth and these are the words she had to say to her closest and dearest friend as she was driven away...
``Rot in hell kid killers,’’ Alison Anderson yelled. ``Kiesha, it will be ok.’
There are many who 'still' believe the McCanns, for the moment and there are those involved as we know in positions of power.

THE further into the scrub you go the narrower the tracks get.
The wider tracks give way to smaller tracks until, eventually, there is no track left at all and you find walking through scrub with twigs and leaves underneath until, in this case, you come to an opening of freshly scraped earth.
For four hours on Sunday Alison Anderson walked the trails trying to find this place.
It was necessary because this is the place police believe was the final resting place of Kiesha Abrahams, the girl reported missing by her mother, Kristi Abrahams, and stepfather, Rob Smith, in August. On Friday they were charged with her murder.

Lord Toby Harris blowing more air than a wind sock...
A little bird tells me that there is great consternation in the Home Office at the news that Kate McCann’s book on the disappearance of her daughter, Madeleine, is due out on 12th May.
Is this because of fears that there may be revelations in the book about links between the British police and the rather inept Potuguese police investigation?
-------------------
Is there any concern left at all after 4 years filled with lies, deceit and hiding of a cadaver ? The Home Office may well be concerned with what Kate Healy has to say about the Goverment considering it was they who helped Madeleine escape the justice that so rightly was hers...and having now dropped them like a shoe who has stepped into a number 2, the 'deadly duo' are not happy bunnies. The McCanns have become boring and very tedious. I am sure there was at one time a plan for the odious couple and thats the point, they are not a likeable product, like the smell of boiled sprouts, one turns ones nose up at the mere mention of their name. Plain Katy and Pinnochio Gerry looks like it was he who trod in the number 2 and is unaware it is still stuck to his shoe.
Inept Toby ? no the PJ sussed the McCanns out from day one, they were right four years ago and they are still right today.

The Pope’s decision to withdraw all support for the Doctors McCannJust over three weeks after Madeleine ‘disappeared’, the McCanns met with the Pope, Benedict XVI, who publicly blessed a photograph of Madeleine before the world’s media. The Vatican thereafter carried very prominent pages on their website featuring the McCanns and their emotional search for Madeleine. The McCanns had frequently made their ‘strong Catholic faith’ very much an issue, and were frequently described as ‘devout Catholics’.
Yet 48 hours before the McCanns were made formal suspects, the Pope withdrew all references to Madeleine. No further references to the McCanns’ campaign and their fund to ‘find Madeleine’ have been made on the Vatican website since then. It seemed to many seasoned observers of the Roman Catholic Church that the Pope had received strong indications that the McCanns’ abduction claim did not stand up.

Kiesha Abrahams: A country in mourning as they shed their weight in tears...
Phil McCann mission accomplished...
It must be hard to go through life being an overweight ugly woman, even harder to be an ugly overweight lying woman.
Phil McCann had an opportunity in life that was always denied her , her fifteen minutes of fame, a chance to shine but it came with a heavy price. Mummys boy Gerry ,always snivelling, always everyones fault but his own suddenly needed her help, her niece Madeleine had died in Portugal. Gerry had a plan and this is what he wanted her to do, first make sure Friday morning when you speak with the media impress on them that the shutter to Madeleines room was smashed and jemmied.....follow this up with how slow and unhelpful the police have been in searching for our daughter...stupid plain, fat Phil was happy to oblige even when the cadaver dogs picked up the scent of death she was doing as she was told...ask if they are 'Lassie'...the blood could be from squashed flies she spat out....she could not even answer a simple question without mummy's boy there to tell her what to say' No we have not told the twins where Madeleine is ????????'''''' Oh Phil, you stupid plain old woman.

An emotional Ms Abrahams also responded to various rumors about her in the media and on Facebook.
“People don’t see me behind closed doors,” she said of those who accuse her of being a bad mother.
“It’s people who don’t have the guts to say it face-to-face.
“I’m sick of all the lies and the bull***t that’s out there.”
Mr Smith said: “They can’t judge us - how can you judge someone when you don’t know a single thing about them? It’s just wrong.
Ms Abrahams said: “I don’t know what to think. I don’t know what to say ... I don’t know what happened.”
She said she would like to attend a public service for Kiesha, like the candlelight vigil held last week, but she would feel vulnerable and exposed.
“We don’t know what kind of people are out there. I’d love to go,” Ms Abrahams said before breaking down in tears.
“If anyone does know anything, please bring her back.”
